Infosys' transportation software for Australian State

Infosys Australia, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Infosys Technologies Ltd, claimed on Wednesday it has delivered a software to help the Victorian state government manage its public transport services better.

The automated bus contract system, valued at 4.5 million Australian dollars ($3.4 million), is a suite of business applications to improve management of its public transport bus contracts worth 450 million Australian dollars ($340 million) per annum, a company press statement said.
